Return & Refund Policy

At Naturally Yours Hair Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@naturallyyourshairsolutions.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective.
  • Free return shipping is provided for approved cases.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.
  • Final sale items (from select collections) cannot be returned.
  • Please include a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • The original product must be returned to us before a replacement is shipped.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind, scent preference, or product performance once opened.
  • Naturally Yours Hair Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
